Placing an order
At this stage, you select dresses to be sewed and specify all the wishes you have for the order. After ordering, you will have to pay 50% of the total cost.

Manufacturing
After receiving a prepayment, we start making the dress in the order of the queue. We send you a picture of the intermediate result (if some modifications to a standard dress were made), and later we send a photo of a finished product.
Delivery
We discuss a delivery method convenient for you. We calculate the cost and delivery period that different shipping companies offer. Before we send the order, you pay the remaining 50% as well as delivery charges.

The production time directly depends on the seasonal workload as well as on the number of products in your order (average time is 4 weeks). The exact date of production is discussed after the order is confirmed.
If you need dresses as soon as possible, we have an express sewing service at an additional cost (the cost is discussed individually). We always try to work quickly and send orders on time.
There is no minimum purchase order.
Yes, we can make the dress by the measurements of the bride. Since this process takes more time than standard size dressmaking, this is a paid service. Just add +10% to the dress price.
Yes, you can make alterations to the design of our dresses (to add a sleeve, lengthen the train, make the skirt fluffier). The cost of such alterations is discussed individually.
